I ship within 3 business days from purchase and I use insured USPS priority mail. Please let me know ASAP if something arrives broken so I can star a claim. I’ve only had it happen once so far.
Returns are accepted for any reason if customer is not satisfied within 14 days of arrival. The item has to be undamaged to qualify for returns and the customer will incur any insurance, shipping and handling charges. Returns will be mailed to AnasClayhouse address. After the item is received and is inspected, the customer will be issued a full refund minus shipping and handling.
